Clicking on "Dashboard" link from top menu will open up a page that contains information about Paid Support subscription. A notification to upgrade subscription will be shown if a support is about to expire in next 30 days.


Available Supports Tab

Available Supports tab shows the following attributes of available subscription:
  • Type
  • Quota
  • Issue Count
  • Expiry Date
  • Status
  • Support Owner

Stats Tab

Stats tab shows the following statistics for tickets:
  • Number of open tickets
  • Number of resolved tickets
  • Number of closed tickets
  • Number of archieved tickets
  • Number of deleted tickets
